Duitsland en Zwitserland - Germania e Svizzera - Germany and Switzerland

Na een korte onderbreking hebben we onze reis weer hervat. De eerste stop was in Ganderkesee. Niet omdat dat nu zo'n leuk plaatsje is (sterker nog, het is er dodelijk saai), maar omdat daar een expert op het gebied van versnellingsbakken zit die een complete revisie heeft gedaan, zodat hij weer als nieuw is.

Dopo una breve pausa abbiamo continuato il nostro viaggio. La prima fermata è stata Ganderkesee, non perché è un posto molto bello (anzi, è piuttosto noioso), ma perchè ci si trova un esperto al campo di cambi automatici e ha fatto una revisione completa. Adesso è come nuovo.

After a short break our journey continues. First stop was Ganderkesee. Not because it's such a nice place (on the contrary), but to visit a gearbox expert to do a complete overhaul. Now it's like new.

Daarna zijn we naar Karlsruhe gegaan. Normaal scheuren we daar voorbij, maar nu namen we eens de moeite om te kijken hoe het daar is en dat bleek helemaal niet tegen te vallen. Gezellig, relaxed en veel groen, waaronder het slot van Karl.

Poi siamo andati a Karlsruhe. Normalmente ci passiamo a tutto gas, ma adesso abbiamo preso il tempo di visitare la città e non siamo delusi. È piacevole, rilassante e molto verde, soprattutto nei dintorni del castello.

Then we went to Karlsruhe. Normally we just pass this city in full speed, but now we took the time to visit it and I must say, it's quite nice. It's a friendly and relaxed city with a lot of parks, especially near the castle.

 

 

 

Er was ook nog kermis met muziektent, dus we vielen met ons neus in de boter...
C'era anche una kermesse con un gruppo musicale. Che gioia!
There was also a fair with a band, so we enjoyed ourselves immensely...

Toen door naar Bern. Dat bleek helemaal de bom te zijn. Overal gezelligheid, mensen die zwemmen in de snelstromende rivier of in het gratis zwembad, terrasjes, een historisch centrum. We gaan er vast nog eens terug.

Poi a Berna, che si è rivelata ancora più piacevole. Persone felici ovunque, facendo un bagno nel fiume che scorre velocemente oppure nella piscina pubblica gratuita, terrazze, un centro storico. Magari ci ritorniamo.

Then on to Bern. That proved to be quite the bomb. Everywhere happy people, swimming in the fast flowing river, or in the free public swimming pool, terraces, a historic town center. We have to get back there some day.
